Techniques du style Changquan 长拳

 

1、手型:拳、掌、勾。

Shouxing (Types de mains) : quan, zhang, gou

 

2、步型:歇步、坐盘、丁步、丁字步、半马步、并步、高虚步、横叉、竖叉、叉步、横档步。

Buxing (Types de positions) : xiebu, zuopan, dingbu, dingzibu, banmabu, bingbu, gaoxubu, hengcha, shucha, chabu, hengdangbu

 

3、步法:上步、退步、插步、盖步、行步、纵步、跃步、踏步、击步。

Bufa ("Méthodes" de positions ) : shangbu, tuibu, chabu, gaibu, xingbu, zongbu, yuebu, tabu, jibu

 

4、拳法:冲拳、劈拳、贯拳、砸拳、栽拳、撩拳、抄拳、崩拳、横拳。

Quanfa (Techniques de poings): chongquan, piquan, guanquan, zaquan, zaiquan, liaoquan, chaoquan, bengquan, hengquan

 

5、掌法:推掌、挑掌、穿掌、亮掌、架掌、盖掌、砍掌、按掌、劈掌。

Zhangfa (Techniques de paumes) : tuizhang, tiaozhang, chuanzhang, liangzhang, jiazhang, gaizhang, kanzhang, anzhang,pizhang

 

6、肘法:盘肘、格肘、架肘、挎肘。

Zhoufa (Technique de coude): panzhou, gezhou, jiazhou, kuazhou

 

7、腿法:蹬腿、正踢腿、斜踢腿、侧踢腿、倒踢腿、单拍脚、里合拍脚、摆莲拍脚、点腿、铲腿、缠腿。

Tuifa (Techniques de jambes): dengtui, zhengtitui, xietitui, cetitui, daotitui, danpaijiao, lihepaijiao, bailianpaijiao, diantui, chantui, chantui

 

8、平衡(静止时间必须保持1秒):提膝平衡、盘腿平衡、探海平衡、望月平衡、卧云平衡。

Pingheng (Equilibre): tixipingheng, pantuipingheng, tanhaipingheng, wangyuepingheng, woyunpingheng.

 

9、跳跃:腾空箭弹、腾空转身跳、拉腿翻身跳、腾空斜飞脚、腾空双飞脚、腾空连环飞脚、腾空倒踢。
